Bercher Homes announces the Grand Opening of Antioch, its latest neighborhood of new single-family homes in West Cobb.
Antioch will consist of 20 homes starting in the mid $500,000's. Several different floor plans are available for each lot. These homes are 4-5 bedrooms with 3 car garages. The elevations feature a farmhouse style with unique architectural details. Front porches, flex rooms, hardwood floors and beautiful trim are all standard in Antioch. Homes range in size from approximately 2,800 to 4,200 square feet. Antioch also features large lots, sidewalks, and professionally landscaped yards. Slab and basement foundations are available.
Bercher Homes’ unique home building process allows buyers to personalize many aspects of their new home. Using the in-house design center, a design coordinator will guide each buyer in their decision for interior selections and remain in contact with them until their home is completed.
The kids in the neighborhood will attend Vaughan Elementary, Lost Mountain Middle and Harrison High School.
Antioch is located at 586 Antioch Rd. Powder Springs, GA 30127
Bercher Homes Gives Back.
We are a proud sponsor of a Habitat for Humanity home in Cobb County. For those not familiar with this organization, as taken from their website, “it is a nonprofit Christian organization that brings families, volunteers, and resources together to build simple, decent and affordable housing, and to eliminate substandard housing in low-income areas. Houses are sold at no profit and owners provide hard work (or “sweat equity”), a down payment, and interest-free payments”.
